Our set menu offers a fabulous variety of exquisitely made courses - Let us tempt you with starters such as sticky shredded beef, served with a steamed bun, spring onion splinters, chimichurri rojo and chilli dipping sauce, lobster cappuccino with wild mushroom dust and a crayfish, cheese and chive profiterole, or crayfish popcorn with pickled cucumber sugar fried kale and garlic mayonnaise.
Follow it up with the famous Bourgee burger, with caramel onions, Gouda cheese, garlic mayo, crispy sweet cure bacon and skinny fries or the Bourgee lobster and crayfish burger with spicy crushed avocado and arugula. If burgers aren’t your bag try our braised beef shortcrust pie, seared minute steak or sticky lobster chicken skewers with naked rice and Asian greens.
